Heeler name and logo

Heeler's code is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. The Heeler name and logo are not: they are trademarks of Vagabond Burro LLC, and the license grants no rights to them (its section 2.3).

What this means for a version you make

• You may build Heeler from its source, change it, and share what you make, under the license.
• A version you change and distribute must not be called Heeler, and must not carry the Heeler logo or present itself as made or endorsed by Vagabond Burro LLC. Give it a name of its own.
• You may say truthfully that your version is based on Heeler, for example "based on Heeler's source code".

Builds from Vagabond Burro LLC

The builds Vagabond Burro LLC publishes at www.heeler.app and on its release page are the ones called Heeler.
